SAE (Substance Abuse Education)

SAE is a modality of outpatient treatment.  Substance Abuse Education consists of attending outpatient groups. Each group is 2 hours. QHI offers two sets of classes. The first class is our Life Skills class. It includes life skills, coping skills, emotional awareness, relapse prevention. The second class is our 12-Step class. It goes over the principles and concepts of 12-step recovery. SAE is typically court order or through a referral.
