Marketing and Business Development Manager.

Vena Schexnayder is the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Quapaw House, Inc. with responsibilities for marketing the Promises professional residential program and building corporate Employment Assistance Professional relationships.

Vena has ten years of experience in addiction recovery with expertise in healthcare, government policy, and program development. Creativity, drive, and leadership are Vena’s greatest strengths. She is currently a graduate student at JBU in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. Vena has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas Little Rock and Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Counselor certificate from Northern Virginia College.  Vena is a Board Member of the WISE Coalition and an active advocate and volunteer within the central Arkansas community.

Vena believes in simplicity in life and work. Focus on what is important and success reveals itself. Take care of your people, focus on the clients and act on what is important.

Quapaw House has a Primary Care Medical Clinic. This program provides primary care medical services to all clients within the Quapaw House system as well as our community. This service helps connect all aspects of client care under one organizational umbrella, thus ensuring greater access to the broad array of needs of each client.
